In transit....

We live in a transitional world. A world where people move - sometimes fluidly, sometimes not - between continents and contexts and identities. A world where we often find ourselves 'in transit'. Between spaces. Between ideas. Between ourselves.

How do we articulate this transition? How do we express it? How do we use our bodies, our minds, our hearts to communicate that which cannot be communicated - the struggle of the human spirit?

Performance is our tool, our means, to understand that struggle. Experimenting with theatre, music, visual art, food and dance, we try to understand our transitional natures. Sometimes dealing with themes that stare us so obviously in the face; sometimes dealing with those that seem to appear from nowhere. We think about migration, about flows of people, about cultures and countercultures, about everything and nothing.

And then, we try to create.
To experiment.
To push the boundaries between the art and the artist, the artist and the audience, the audience and the transit.
